Primark's Femme Fatel is creamy coral raspberry pink. The colour looks more vibrant than what I’d imagined, it actually reminds me a lot of MAC All Fired Up. The lipstick has a matte finish but the texture is creamy – it hardly feels matte at all! The only way you’d feel it's a matte is because it doesn't have a sheen on the lips. The pigmentation is fantastic and single swipe gives a bright bold colour.I'm so glad I picked this up, I've been carrying it around with me and wearing it non stop, choosing it over my other more expensive lipsticks.I think it's a really fun bright pretty shade and I can definitely see myself continuing to wearing lots,Emily x

Review; Dior Addict Lip Glow - Color Awakening Lipbalm
Ive had my Dior Addict Lip Glow for a little while now, maybe 3 months, so thought its time he had his own review. The thing that first caught my eye about these little lip products is that they apparently work with the chemistry of your lips to create a personalised shade - On me the colour goes a soft rose shade.
When you apply the balm your lips turn velvety smooth, lines and dry patches 100% gone, your lips look so soft and slightly fuller I think. The consistency, is neither too hard nor too melty. It goes on stiff yet smoothing almost like a primer for the lips, and never looks like a lip gloss or glossy. Theres just something in this that makes it so velvety thick and hydrating, it's just beautiful to use.
And the smell - Im pretty addicted to the delicate minty vanilla smell that lingers on the lips.
I love the packaging too, luxurious yet practical. The rounded bottom of the tube has the Christian Dior "CD" embossed on it and the product is protected by a thick, soft pink plastic cap that protects the lip product perfectly!
It’s a luxurious little product and one I will keep on using,

Review; MAC Captive
Now I was craving Mac Captive, a plum shade with a cool blue undertone. It’s such a wearable colour and really brightens up my complexion, it easy goes well with all of my outfits and style. The creamy finish is very forgiving to dry lips, so since fall and winter is coming I think I will be using it none stop!If you want to experiment with plums/dark lips this a safe option to start off with. Lovely on its own but can be used to darken a pink to create a berry shade.Emily x

Review; MAC Pink Pigeon
MAC Pink Pigeon lipstick is described as a matte bright, clean blue pink. On me, it appears as a neon cool pink with a flat matte finish - something I love! With the shade having a cool undertone it gives the slight illusion of whiter teeth. It has excellent pigment, you only need one swipe to cover your lips! It lasts for 4ish hours of wear on me, but also left a stain which lingers for the next couple of hours. It feels very lightweight and very comfortable to wear, and doesn’t bleed nor feather.

Review; MAC Media
I've really wanted a dark plum for awhile now, something that will not show up too too dark and end up looking black, but something that is actually dark purple. Media is pretty perfect for that. It's dark, it's dramatic, but it's still flattering on my NC15 skin. I find Media pulls more purple on me, I have seen it look incredibly red on some skin tones though, so maybe try it on at a counter just to check. The formula is a satin but feels light like a luster, I do find that Media settles into my lip lines but I find using a lip liner quickly solves this. In my job I have to talk a lot, none stop really, so when I apply it in the morning by lunch it has faded to a pretty lighter plum, almost like a stain.

Review; MAC Ladybug
Let me start this post by apologizing for being absent for 200 years. I know, I know terrible beauty blogger.
BUT I'm back... I think!
Let's just get it out there, I have too many red lipsticks - off the top of my head around 10, no one needs that many, but it didn't stop me buying MAC Ladybug. Ladybug is a gorgeous red shade with subtle warm tones. When applied, the lustre formula gives it a juicy subtle sheen and this makes it a great daytime red. Ladybug is my favourite red lipstick ever. It's so versatile- It works for any situation. When in doubt, I reach for the Ladybug!

Review; L'oreal Color Riche L'Extraordinaire Liquid Lipstick - 304 Ruby Opera
304 Ruby Opera is a very opaque, pinup cherry red with very fine shimmer running through it. To me the shimmer is almost invisible but does catch the light and make the lips look fuller and plumper. The texture is very thicker and is really noticeable on the lips, if you likelightweight lipsticks stay away from these. It formula does not dry onto the lips so it is easy to smudge. It can settle into fine lines and can feather out of the lip line, so be cautious with the bright, bold colours. These lip colours also have a very fruity smell, almost a mango/papaya combination that you can smell throughout the wear time. The lip colours come in glossy gold mirrored tubes which I like and has tear drop applicator, making it easy to reach the inner corners of the mouth.
