June Favourties

Hey guys,

Its that time again, another month over, another realization that time doesn't last forever. With the end of my school career this month, it has really dawned on me that I'm 18, currently not going to uni with no plans. I have seemed to hit a period in my life, where for once, I have nothing I really need to do each day. From going to school, waking up at 7, to staying at home in my pj's, applying for jobs, and presumably getting bored, my life has completely changed, and I'm not so sure I like it. Fair enough I will have my days frees, but I know I wont see my friends as much and that's sad! So for all you younging's enjoy your time at school, its cliche but they are the best times you will ever have!

Anyway, what I have been enjoying this month;

 Rubicon Guava -my second favourite drink in the world- its so delicious.

 Yankee Candle in Tropical Fruit - I have actually burnt this almost to the bottom! It smells divine, I mostly smell the mango in it, then a hint of Banana! Yummy.

Lastly is the shoes I haven't had off in, what like 2 1/2 weeks now?! Ah, I love them so much!

They are from Matalan for £16 and they are called the Geisha Wedge Heels.

April Favourites

This month I have only a few favourites, I haven't changed my routine up this month so you may have seen these before on my blog!

My Glasses!

I have been wearing my glasses none stop in April, it really helps with my tension headaches!

Next is the nail varnish Pompous by Rimmel London - Review here!

Next is Dark and Lovely hair mask! This really, really, really has helped my hair, I've been using this throughout the month - my review is here!

I've been burning my Yankee candle in Christmas Cookie all month! 

Its sooooooooooooo good!

My last favourite is Lilac Dream Shade 31 from Fashionista (number 1) I've been wearing this as a highlight and I love it!

Little Yankee Candle Haul

If you have read my April Wishlist, here, you know I have tried to stop spending so much money on stuff I dont essentially need. 

But when me and my boyfriend walked into Collectables and saw they still had some Christmas Yankee Candles left I just had to pick them up! These are my favourite smelling candles in the world and they were so cheap :O Plus technically I didn't buy them, my boyfriend did... 

I got a set of tea lights in Christmas Cookie for £3.22 instead of £6.45, and two wax tarts in Christmas Cookie  + Christmas Cupcake for 60p instead of £1.20 

So yes that's it my tiny Yankee Candle haul :)

Yankee Candle Collection

This really is just a small post showing my Yankee Candle collection. I am addicted to candles and have them burning all through the year, my favourite has to be Christmas Cookie. Its soo sweet and yummy! I normally like sweet food smells the best but I have a few which smell more zesty. 

I mainly buy the little candles or wax tarts as they are the cheapest and still last for a long time :)

I adore Christmas Cookie, I have the biggest jar, 12 tea lights, 3 unused tarts and  2 melted ones.

 This smells so yummy! 

These are my wax burners, I adore the middle one!

I have 3 wax burners; The left is from B&M, it cost only 99p! The middle one is from John Lewis, my mam and dad got me it so I don't know how much it would be. The last one is from Tesco, it cost £5 but I would not buy this again! In fact I wanted to take it back because it does not sit on a flat surface right, it wobbles, plus the glass bit holding the wax doesn't even fit properly. Rubbish!

Tea light holders and my wax burner.

These are my tea light holders, they are from ASDA and make the room glow blue when the candle is on and the lights are out. The room looks so pretty when I use these. In ASDA, they are on sale down from £3 to £2 :) Normally you can get them on offer for  2 for £5. I am planning on buying some more, as they look great in all rooms! They also come in different colours such as red, gold, silver, golden brown, and I think black? Maybe? Im not 100% if they do black.

Monthly Favourites - February

This is the first of many monthly favourites for my blog, so lets just get right into it; 

Makeup – MUA eye shadow in shade 19, I use this everyday to fill in my brows and I don’t know what I would do with out it.

Hair – I’ve been wearing my hair extensions a lot this month, I just love having long hair with a little bit clipped back on the side, simple and easy for school.

Nails – Even though I’ve been on a nail polish kick this month, my all time favourite is black. I think it looks classy and goes with everything, I use a glitter polish on my ring fingers for a little sparkle.

Scent – For perfume I’ve loved Ed Hardy Born Wild scent, it’s sweet like berries but has a touch of peach that makes it refreshing. Another scent I’ve loved is Yankee Candles Vanilla and Lime, it’s warm and sweet but has the citrus note of the lime.

Bath – The Yuzu and Cocoa bubbleroon from Lush, is lush. It’s very fruity and coconutty and although it's really more of a warm weather scent, I have used it this month and loved it. The scent also has a long staying power so you can walk around all day smelling all fruity.  If you have read my Lush collection post, here, then you may notice it wasn’t there, that’s because I used it before I took the pictures, I couldn’t wait any longer!

Fashion – Since it’s been quite cold then warm this month, I’ve stuck to simple comfy clothing. I love checked shirts, they are just my thing, and them teamed with leggings are just the perfect outfit for me during school and out!

One last thing... I HAVE TOTALLY LOVED BLOGGING THIS MONTH! I'm completely addicted to it and I cant see myself ever wanting to stop.
