Top 5 Things For Under A Fiver

Hey guys,

I saw Miss Budget Beauty do a video on her top 5 products for under a £5 so I decided to do my version. I think this is a great idea as I know most of us don't have a lot to spend on cosmetics and beauty in general, so it's good to see what other people really rate.

EcoTools 5 Piece Brush Set from eBay -£3.49

These have literally been one of my best buys, I pretty much use these everyday as they are great for touch ups midday. They are small enough to easily fit into your bag but big enough not to get lost. You can read my review here.

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara - £4.99

This was the first mascara I have ever purchased and I still love it. It lengthens, volumizes, curls, and adds definition which makes my lashes look absolutely stunning, but still natural. It also never clumps. The packaging is also really cute and bright which I like. Maybelline also does a lot of different brushes but I've only tried the normal one. Overall this is a really great product and it's not that expensive, so you should try it!

Carmex Tube Cherry - £2.59

I love how soft the Carmex lip balm makes my lips feel, it isn't sticky and doesn't leave any gunky residues or greasy feeling on my lips. It also has a fairly good staying power. You can read my review here.

MUA Matte Eyeshadow Shade 19 (in fact any of there eyeshadow colours) - £1

I use this everyday to fill in my brows and I don’t know what I would do with out it. It is a matt brown colour that goes with my hair without looking too dark or light. Really all the MUA eyeshadows are amazing for the price.

Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Powder - £1.99/2.99

This is another product I use pretty much everyday. I have bought many other powders which normally end up being too orange or dark, but when I apply this to my skin but it's perfect. You can read my review here.

Tag 8 Most Worn Things

Hey guys!

I got tagged by Roisin over at Brutal Fashion and Beauty to do the " 8 Most Worn Things" tag! 

So lets get started; 

Most Worn Lipstick/Lipgloss: 

My most worn lipstick is my MAC and is called Snob, which I would describe as 'grown up' baby pink with lilac undertones. This is the lipstick I use on a day to day basis as for me it is a perfect neutral colour, as it has mauve under tones rather than a beige/neutral. This means it adds a bit of colour to my face making it a 'my lips but better' colour. 

Most Worn Earrings: 

It is the first 'earring' in my ear 

I'm not sure if this counts but my 6mm tunnel is my most worn 'earring.' I literally never take it out except to clean it, and have been wearing this particular tunnel for about 2 years. 

Most Worn Perfume: 

My most worn perfume is Nina Fantasy by Nina Ricci - I love this stuff and cannot get enough! It smells like jelly beans, vanilla and sweets. It is just the right amount of ‘sweet’ without being sickly and over powering and is a really girly uplifting fragrance. You can read my review here.

Most Worn Used Hair Product:

My most used hair product is Batiste, it is the one constant brand and product that I always use. I think everyone has heard of dry shampoo and most likely uses Batiste so I wont dwell on it. My favourite is the tropical sent. 

Most Worn Nail Polish;

Sinful Colours nail varnish in All Mighty is my favourite nail varnish, apart from black. I think it looks so pretty and reminds me of the sea. 

Most Worn Top;

Ive only had this top for just over a month, but  I LOVE it. Its oversized, comfy and soooo soft! I got it printed and made myself, so you can't buy it in shops -which tbh I love too, as I get so many people asking where it is from! If a top had to describe my style this is it, plus if I was a Simpson character this is what I would be wearing ;) 

Most Worn Used Handbag;

This is the handbag shown in my latest 'what's in my bag' post. I got it from Tesco and have had it for over 2 1/2 years. Its roomy but not too roomy that I would fill it with the kitchen sink! Its sort of a mink/grey colour and is made from really soft faux leather.

My Most Worn Shoes;

Sorry they look gross :P

Hmmmm, this was tough. I change my shoes a lot, but I would have to say my beaten up vans. They are my go to shoe and Ive had them since last christmas. I dont think there is much to say about these! Pretty self explanatory.

What's In My Bag? - Updated

Its been a while since I did my last 'What's In My Bag?' post, it was way back in March and my bag was rather empty so I wanted to show you my everyday 'What's In My Bag?' crap that I carry around. 

So this is the bag I carry, I got it as a present from my boyfriend when we first started going out, so its really special to me. It is from Tesco's make F&F, and has lasted me for over 2 1/2 years. It is made from faux leather and is medium size but carries a lot of stuff!

Everyday Makeup Storage

Hello everyone, 

Today I wanted to show you my everyday makeup storage. I am always interested in how people store their makeup and I'm always watching these on YT so I thought I would share!

I have always wanted a pretty, little vanity table a bit like the one in the picture below! But it wouldn't go with my decoration in my room :( 

The desk I have now is probably as close as I will ever get to owning something like that :(

But anyway as the title says is my everyday make up, I dont use all these products everyday, but its the ones I tend to switch over on a daily bases. Currently its sitting on my desk, in the corner. The draws fit perfectly on my desk.


 As you can see I have my new mirror on there and a few other bits I tend you use everyday. 
I like having my everyday stuff away from the rest of my makeup as they are my favourite products. 

I also have my Hello Kitty "MAC" brush set on top, you can read my review here.

The draws are from Whsmiths, but I could not find them on their website. I could only find these cupcake draws, which are basically the same just a different pattern. If you are looking for these kind of draws, go have a look inside a store, they have much more stock than the website. 

These are the draws, on top I have some perfume, moisturizer, heat defense stuff and my brushes.

In the two Hello Kitty tins I store bobbles and bobby pins.

These are the three top draws. 

The first draw holds lip products, the second powder products and third mascaras plus eyeliners.

These two are the middle draws.

The left contains face stuff like primers, foundation and concealer.

The right holds pallets and random stuff like my spare razor, my Lush lipscrub, Benefit high beam sample and a few blushes. 

The last draw is the largest and holds a lot of random stuff.

In the black decorated pots are Lush body scrubs and a tinted moisturizer I made the other week.

 It also houses my eyelash curlers, my random samples and two memory sticks - I don't know why they are there o.O

The Hunger Games, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 and The Hobbit! I can’t wait to see these.

I live near everything! The city centre is 10 minutes away and is full of shops, clubs, restraints etc, the countryside is only 20 minutes away and the beach/coast is only 25 minutes away.
