Tesco Value Conditioner - AMAZING?!

Deep Conditioning, I love it and need it.

With all the bleach, dye and other damaging stuff I do to my hair and my hair extensions, they need a lot of care. So when I was browsing the hair aisle in Tesco for a new deep conditioner, I spotted the Tesco Smooth Conditioner in Coconut and thought 'why not? Its only 88p' and I'm so glad I did!

I love this conditioner as it really conditions my dry ends and makes my hair so silky, soft and manageable. I have also noticed a reduced amount of frizz, as sometimes if I leave my extensions to dry without a serum or hair oil, the ends can go frizzy.

Like I said it was only 88p, so I had nothing to lose when I first picked it up. The bottle is massive so it has lasted me a very long time. The scent is a very mild coconut, not in your face or anything.

I always put the conditioner on my dry hair, as if I'm doing a deep treatment as I think it just works better. I focus the conditioner on on the very ends of my extensions as they are the driest part of my hair and then comb through my hair with a wide tooth comb, making sure there are no tangles. I put them in a plastic bag and leave it to do the job.

I leave the conditioner on for up to 24 hours, however most of the time I leave it on for 8/10 hours as I am very impatient and want to wear my extensions!

I put my hair dying towel behind it, in case I get stains on the radiator

I then wash it out with icy cold water, then leave it to dry on my radiator.

The next day my hair is left soft and shiny. Perfect for 88p!

You should all try this, or at least give cheaper brands ago.

June Empties

Hey guys!

I don't have many empties this month, I think it has been because I have been buying a whole load of new things. But here are my empties for June and whether I would repurchase them:

Lush's Its Raining Men - I love this but not as much as Honey I Washed The Kids, plus its really expensive for a shower gel... I probably wont repurchase - you can read a review here!

N-Spa's Hot Butter Fudge Syrup - yes, yes, yes I will repurchase! I already have! - you can read my review here.

L'Oréal Paris Elvive Triple Resist shampoo and conditioner - I would buy again, but they run out soooooo fast! I only got them at the start of June.

L'Oréal Paris Elvive Nutri-Gloss Crystal shampoo and conditioner - Like the products before, they run out really quick! However I do love these, as they have little glitter bits in them which is super pretty and nice. The overall effect on my hair, was alright, it did make it feel nice but nothing special.

Alberto Balsam Intensive Conditioning Treatment, Honey and Almond Extracts - This is a great cheap hair mask! I wouldn't recommend it for completely fried hair but for hair that needs a pick me up it's great. It's not too heavy and so won't weigh down, and leaves my hair smooth and soft with a nice fragrance! I love this stuff, and need to get another one!

Garnier Pure Anti Black Head Deep Pore Wash - this is my 3rd bottle of this wash and I really love it! I have already picked up a new one as I cant seem to have nice skin with out it! I dont find it helps my blackheads go away, but does help prevent whiteheads and reduces any that I have - fantastic!

Dermalogica Skin Prep Scrub (sample) - This was really harsh on my skin! The particles where rough and sharp, tbh it hurt D: I will not be buying this at all!

What have you been using this month?

Poundland and Discount UK Bargains !

Recently there has been a massive Poundland and Discount UK opened not to far away.
So today me, my boyfriend and my dad went to check it out.

First I picked up some Alberto Balsam shampoo and conditioner I have been using for the past week. It is in the strawberry and cream scent, which reminds me of the sweet 'Campinos' that were out years ago! They were swirly red and white, which smell absolutely gorgeous, remember them??

These guys!!

The shampoo really cleans your hair, stripping it from product leaving it super clean - which I love! Even though the smell is pretty strong it is soft in your hair and doesn't overpower the room. After washing my hair with the conditioner, my hair feels really soft. It also looked a lot shinier, less frazzled. I would strongly recommend this to people who have very dry hair, or have damaged it through excessive use of bleach or heat. I will definitely be using these again.

Next I got some Hello Kitty Baby Wipes! I chose these mainly because its Hello Kitty :D Haha! You have to love the packaging and the pink, girly look. Also the scent is very nice, like sweet strawberry! I just cant get enough of the pink packaging - its so freaking sweet!! And whats even better is that I got this only for £1- cheap as chips!

I am going to use these mainly for wiping my hands before and after I apply my make up, as I hate the feeling of makeup on my hands. I'm not planning on using these on my face as they are scented, but I probably will some time along the line.

Lastly I just got some hair dye to cover my roots for just £2.99 instead of £4/5 which I normally pay. The writing on the box and instructions is in arabic but I know what goes in where so that's fine. I'm trying to leave my hair for at least 6 weeks, as I normally die it every 4 weeks which as everyone knows is bad. However it does cringe me when I look in the mirror and see rubbish brown roots with jet black hair :P I will probably end up doing it tomorrow knowing me!

Have you got any bargains this week?

March Empties

Hello lovelies.

I can't believe that March is almost over! It has been another one of those months that has been over so quickly, but here are the empties of the month.

  •  2 x TRESemme shampoo – (there was conditioner too but I threw it away) I love this stuff, and have already bought more.
  • Garnier Fructis shampoo – You can see it in my crap products here
  • TRESemme hair spray – This was okay, it definitely holds your hair but leaves it crunchy
  • Stargaze foundation – This was good, it had good coverage, but I doubt I will buy it again as it was too pink for my skin
  • Lush Tea Tree Water – I love this stuff and will keep buying it again and again
  • Vo5 Miracle Concentrate – I enjoyed the effect on my hair, but I wouldn't buy again as I have too many products like this
  • Lush Dirty shower gel – I love this, so does my boyfriend, we would probably buy this again
  • Maybelline New York Pure Cover Mineral Concealer – I did like this but I have too many concealers to buy it again right now
  • Garnier Pure face wash – I liked this as I believed it really worked, it made my shin smooth and soft, but yet again I have too many products like this to buy it again
  • Percy and Reed hair mask – It was free and I liked it, but for the price of £12 I will not be buying this, there are cheaper and better products out there
  • Max Factor Aqua Lash – It was rubbish, it wasn't even water proof
  • Collection 2000 Collagen Curl Mascara in waterproof – Again not even waterproof, liars!
  • Nailene Ultra Quick Nail Glue – I don’t need to buy this again right now, I have about 3 :P
  • 17 Photo Flawless Primer One word – CRAP! It doesn't make my make up stay on any longer or make my pores look smaller

  • ASDA’s Young Skin Matt Finish Moisturiser – This really worked when my skin was oily but since its now dry, I won’t be buying it again unless my skin changes.
  • N-SPA Apple-Mint Crunch – I have already bought it again, it smells yummy
  • Yankee Candle Vanilla Lime spray – This is so good, I have another one already in
  • Lush Brazened Honey – This was a really really good product, I would buy this again.

Ovbsously I didn't use all the products from full to empty this month, but this is what I have finished in March. If you want a full review on anything, leave me a comment :)
