Haul/Review; Fake MAC Hello Kitty Kabuki Brush

Hi ladies :)

I am always on the look out for new brushes, I really don't think you can have too many! After my pleasant experience with my other FAKE MAC Hello Kitty brush set, I finally gave into this brush. My other Bourjois Powder Kabuki Brush was becoming a little on the rough side after plenty of washes, it wasn't really a pleasure to apply products with it, so this is definitely an upgrade!

I couldn't find many reviews before ordering the Kabuki, but I went ahead anyway.

The brush comes with a little case which is so cute! The print isn't perfect, but I don't mind as its soft and has no smell. The case will prevent damage to your kabuki brush, from either dust and germs but also inside your handbag! The brush I used to have in there got so dirty and covered in crumbs & rubbish - all sorts really- it was so nasty! This case however is perfect.

The brush is perfectly sized. Not too small and not too big.

As you can see in the photos, the bristles are incredibly dense and are shaped into a light dome. This means that the brush picks up products really well and gives a lovely flawless finish. What I really love about this brush though is how wonderfully soft it is.

I have had no issues with shedding on this little guy and it works flawlessly buffing my powder in everyday.

I washed this brush 3 times, its easy to wash and it dries over night or around 5 hours!

As I said, I bought this knowing full well it was FAKE MAC, and like I said in my previous post -here- I have no issue with buying fake products.

I bought it for £2.88, and I am really pleased.

The seller I bought it from no longer has the item, but it is easily found on ebay.

Birthday Haul/Review; Fake Mac Hello Kitty Brushes

Hi everyone,

I was trawling through eBay last week when I came across a fake MAC Hello Kitty brush set, now with my love for Hello Kitty and new obsession with MAC I quickly picked them up. Now I know they aren't real, I'm not stupid, but to be honest, I have no qualms about fake products. It's business, and they're trying their best to earn some money. Most of the time the fakes are just as good, or just about as good as the real thing, and for sometimes not even half the price of the real one, you can totally understand why people buy fakes.

The fake case, the 'leather' is really soft! It is very well made too.

With that over with, I am really happy with my purchase! As said I bought it on eBay from this seller Goldenbridger365 but they no longer have it up for sale. However you can easily search it on eBay and there is loads of other sellers. I paid £5.30 for these brushes, with free shipping.

All the brushes came with a protective cover, but I took it off because you couldn't see the brushes properly.
The set comes with 7 brushes;

187SE Stippling brush
190SE Foundation brush

168SE White contour brush

194SE Eye shadow brush / Concealer brush

266SE Angle eyebrow brush
219SE Eye shadow brush
316SE Lip brush

187SE Stippling brush - The brush is so soft, and really dense, I think I am going to use it for my MAC MSF.

190SE Foundation brush - Again this brush is amazingly soft and dense, I don't normally use a brush for foundation, but I am going to give this ago.

168SE White contour brush - This brush is nice, but not as soft as the others - it is still soft but not uber soft. I will use this for contouring or highlighting.

Next is 194SE Eye shadow brush / Concealer brush - this is a mini version of the foundation brush! Its soft and dense, meaning it can pack on the colour.

266SE Angle eyebrow brush - This brush is a little soft I think for my eyebrows, so I will use it for smudging out eyeliner. Its soft and has a pinky/purple tinge to it.

316SE Lip brush - I wont be using this for my lips as I never have a use for lip brushes, but I think I will use it for applying eye shadow under my water line.

219SE Eye shadow brush - Now this is the only brush that is a little scratchy. But once I wash it, I think it will be fine. You can see in the picture that the hairs look very pointy and harsh, but 1/7 crap brushes isnt too bad!

I have played around with these and so far no shedding, which I am surprised and very pleased with!

Also, these brushes are travel sized, so it is perfect for this coming weekend as I am going away to Stockport for my Uncles wedding. I also think I will keep this set in my bag as it will be perfect for touch ups on the go.

What do you guys think about fake products?

Poundland and Discount UK Bargains !

Recently there has been a massive Poundland and Discount UK opened not to far away.
So today me, my boyfriend and my dad went to check it out.

First I picked up some Alberto Balsam shampoo and conditioner I have been using for the past week. It is in the strawberry and cream scent, which reminds me of the sweet 'Campinos' that were out years ago! They were swirly red and white, which smell absolutely gorgeous, remember them??

These guys!!

The shampoo really cleans your hair, stripping it from product leaving it super clean - which I love! Even though the smell is pretty strong it is soft in your hair and doesn't overpower the room. After washing my hair with the conditioner, my hair feels really soft. It also looked a lot shinier, less frazzled. I would strongly recommend this to people who have very dry hair, or have damaged it through excessive use of bleach or heat. I will definitely be using these again.

Next I got some Hello Kitty Baby Wipes! I chose these mainly because its Hello Kitty :D Haha! You have to love the packaging and the pink, girly look. Also the scent is very nice, like sweet strawberry! I just cant get enough of the pink packaging - its so freaking sweet!! And whats even better is that I got this only for £1- cheap as chips!

I am going to use these mainly for wiping my hands before and after I apply my make up, as I hate the feeling of makeup on my hands. I'm not planning on using these on my face as they are scented, but I probably will some time along the line.

Lastly I just got some hair dye to cover my roots for just £2.99 instead of £4/5 which I normally pay. The writing on the box and instructions is in arabic but I know what goes in where so that's fine. I'm trying to leave my hair for at least 6 weeks, as I normally die it every 4 weeks which as everyone knows is bad. However it does cringe me when I look in the mirror and see rubbish brown roots with jet black hair :P I will probably end up doing it tomorrow knowing me!

Have you got any bargains this week?

eBay; Hello Kitty Phone Cover

Some of you many know I was looking for a cute Hello Kitty phone case when I found this, its so pretty but simple too!

The packaging is all in what I believe is Chinese, although it could be Japanese.

The case is from eBay and cost me £4.70. There are many sellers on eBay with this item, but this is the exact seller and item I bought - link.

The shipping did take a while, around 3 weeks but that's okay for me since it did come from China. Also I found it was well packaged and cushioned so the case wouldn't break - a massive plus obviously!

Also as you can see in the photo above, you do get instructions to help you with your case, however I was puzzled by the first step as it tells you to apply a screen protector - which is included- onto your phone, but it has 3 different covers which is confusing to put on :P In the end you had to remove side 1, apply side 2, them remove side 2 revealing a screen protector on your phone :)

How cute is the little bow?!?!

I love how it blends in with my phone and how its not to childish like some other cases are :)
The seller I bought it from does so many colours it was hard to choose, so I went with one to match my phone.

The ear behind the bow is a button to enables you to lock and turn your phone on and off, which at first I was worried how I would do that.

The bottom part removes so you can slide your phone in, once its shut it wont come off until you unclip it.
Also there are holes for headphones, the volume buttons, cameras and the silent button.

I have had this case for a week almost and I really do love it, I have dropped it numerous times and it has not broken or scratched, my phone fits in the case just right so it doesn't slip and slide around and the case itself has no sharp bits which could scratch you - my last one did :(

Well that's it, I hope you like my post,
