Excited For My Birthday In June Already??

I'm excited!!!

So I'm a getting a iPhone 4S at the end of May, for my birthday on the 4th June (currently I have a iPhone 3GS) and I'm going to get a Hello Kitty phone case. So I want your opinion on what case looks the best and maybe get your opinions on cases you guys may have.

These are the ones I like;

Here's the links L-R;

Personally I love them all, but the 2nd one is the one I like them most.

Is it wrong to be excited now for June? Haha I guess its because it's my brother birthday today :D

Anyway leave me a comment telling me which one you like,

Front Cover SALE Haul & Review & Collection

I love Front Cover. Their eyeshadows are pigmented and just as good as higher end brands like MAC. Today I went shopping with my mam and I saw these on sale and actually squealed –so embarrassing lol- but I really do love these shadows!

I already had 2 pallets and today I got another one, since in Boots they are all 75% off! That makes each eyeshadow only £1 and the pallet only £1.75, actually amazing value! They normaly retail for £4 for one eyeshadow and £5 for the pallet, so over all your save over £15.

Today I picked up the eyeshadows in; Seastar, Black Ink, Moonstruck and Lime and a pallet to put my new set in.
You can pretty much get any shade of eyeshadows you can think of. However they are all quite frosty, so if you like your matte eyeshadows, then this is not the palette for you.  A couple of them also have small glitter in them, although it's not too obvious, especially as most of them are the darker shades.

The eyshadows click into place and stay in really securely.

The compact self has a very sleek and simple design.  It has the Frontcover logo on the lid and inside it has slots for four different eye shadow pans and an huge mirror which fills the inside of the lid, perfect! The brush that comes with it has one thick end for applying your base colours and one finer end for definition and crease colours.  It's not the softest brush in the world but is definitely better than them stupid sponge applicators you get.

These are my 3 pallets, I have a blue one, purplish silver one and a green golden one.

The pigmentation is pretty good, some better than other but nothing is perfect, the bright ones really do make your eyes pop and the dark ones make them smolder! There is some fallout during application, like onto the black bit of the case –hence why mine are dirty!- but not while worn, so I was pretty impressed.

My Blue Pallet
L-R; Azimuth, Fern, Seastar and Black Spark (Black Spark is more navy in real life, it also as glitter in)
I love this pallet for summer, using the lighter shades in the day then smoking it off in the night with Black Spark.

My purplish silver and black pallet.
L-R; Moonstruck, Wisteria, Miss Grey and Black Ink
I love this pallet for nights out! It is beautiful! I love my new addition of Black Ink.

Lastly is my green/golden pallet.
L-R; Frosted Almond, Sunray, Pale Gold and Lime (Lime looks lovely under my bottom lash line, it makes my blue eyes pop! )
I think I use this pallet most, the gold light shades are beautiful swept over the lid and Pale Gold or Lime under the bottom lash line, just makes your eyes look stunning.

I really suggest going onto your nearest Boots and getting these! They are so worth it!

It is also my little brothers 16th birthday today :) He's not so little anymore! He had a really lovely day and night, it was perfect.

But anyway leave me a comment, I love reading them!

March Empties

Hello lovelies.

I can't believe that March is almost over! It has been another one of those months that has been over so quickly, but here are the empties of the month.

  •  2 x TRESemme shampoo – (there was conditioner too but I threw it away) I love this stuff, and have already bought more.
  • Garnier Fructis shampoo – You can see it in my crap products here
  • TRESemme hair spray – This was okay, it definitely holds your hair but leaves it crunchy
  • Stargaze foundation – This was good, it had good coverage, but I doubt I will buy it again as it was too pink for my skin
  • Lush Tea Tree Water – I love this stuff and will keep buying it again and again
  • Vo5 Miracle Concentrate – I enjoyed the effect on my hair, but I wouldn't buy again as I have too many products like this
  • Lush Dirty shower gel – I love this, so does my boyfriend, we would probably buy this again
  • Maybelline New York Pure Cover Mineral Concealer – I did like this but I have too many concealers to buy it again right now
  • Garnier Pure face wash – I liked this as I believed it really worked, it made my shin smooth and soft, but yet again I have too many products like this to buy it again
  • Percy and Reed hair mask – It was free and I liked it, but for the price of £12 I will not be buying this, there are cheaper and better products out there
  • Max Factor Aqua Lash – It was rubbish, it wasn't even water proof
  • Collection 2000 Collagen Curl Mascara in waterproof – Again not even waterproof, liars!
  • Nailene Ultra Quick Nail Glue – I don’t need to buy this again right now, I have about 3 :P
  • 17 Photo Flawless Primer One word – CRAP! It doesn't make my make up stay on any longer or make my pores look smaller

  • ASDA’s Young Skin Matt Finish Moisturiser – This really worked when my skin was oily but since its now dry, I won’t be buying it again unless my skin changes.
  • N-SPA Apple-Mint Crunch – I have already bought it again, it smells yummy
  • Yankee Candle Vanilla Lime spray – This is so good, I have another one already in
  • Lush Brazened Honey – This was a really really good product, I would buy this again.

Ovbsously I didn't use all the products from full to empty this month, but this is what I have finished in March. If you want a full review on anything, leave me a comment :)

Yankee Candle Collection

This really is just a small post showing my Yankee Candle collection. I am addicted to candles and have them burning all through the year, my favourite has to be Christmas Cookie. Its soo sweet and yummy! I normally like sweet food smells the best but I have a few which smell more zesty.

I mainly buy the little candles or wax tarts as they are the cheapest and still last for a long time :)

I adore Christmas Cookie, I have the biggest jar, 12 tea lights, 3 unused tarts and  2 melted ones.
 This smells so yummy!

These are my wax burners, I adore the middle one!

I have 3 wax burners; The left is from B&M, it cost only 99p! The middle one is from John Lewis, my mam and dad got me it so I don't know how much it would be. The last one is from Tesco, it cost £5 but I would not buy this again! In fact I wanted to take it back because it does not sit on a flat surface right, it wobbles, plus the glass bit holding the wax doesn't even fit properly. Rubbish!

Tea light holders and my wax burner.
These are my tea light holders, they are from ASDA and make the room glow blue when the candle is on and the lights are out. The room looks so pretty when I use these. In ASDA, they are on sale down from £3 to £2 :) Normally you can get them on offer for  2 for £5. I am planning on buying some more, as they look great in all rooms! They also come in different colours such as red, gold, silver, golden brown, and I think black? Maybe? Im not 100% if they do black.

Hair Envy - Again

I'm feeling a little rubbish today, just really tired and looking crap. I really want to change my hair up, but if you have seen my hair story post, here, you will know why I am stopping myself from doing this.

So I thought I would blog about the hair I want, hoping it will get this feeling out of my system.
This week, mainly today, I have been lusting over pastel hair. I just want it soooooooooooo badly but I cant do it. Ugh. I've damaged my hair too much, plus I would only want to dye it back black later on.

So yeah.. Do you have/had pastel hair? I've had almost all totally white blonde hair, and once very light purple when I left my purple shampoo on to long....

You can read my older hair envy here.

Lush's Leapfrog

I love Lush, but you guys should know that by know! Last night I used Leapfrog and thought I would show you a few photos because he was so cute :)
I used it with 1/3 of Dorthy Bubble Bar and a slice of Rockstar.

Dorothy produces loads of bubbles :) So relaxing!
Those big red lips made my water so soft and the little note was so cute!

You can still buy Leapfrog online, here. I hope you enjoyed my little post :)

Soap & Glory’s Foam Call Review

I was asked to do a review on Soap & Glory’s Foam Call by Pink Porcelain -Go follow her she is lovely! I happily agreed as I really love this body wash. Soap & Glory is one of my favourite bath and shower ranges, besides Lush and N-SPA which make my absolute favourite shower and bath products.

You can get this as free gift when you buy any Soap & Glory products over £10 in Boots at the moment (you can see my haul here) But if I didn’t get it free, I really would consider buying it full price the RRP is £6.50.
It smells lovely like sweet oranges and figs, a bit like Lush’s Yuzu and Cocoa – yummy!

What Soap & Glory say about it; “Foam alone? (This most certainly is not!) Soap & Glory™ Foam Call™ Bath and Shower Wash is formulated with M-SUDS moisture system molecules and grapeseed EFAs to reduce the drying effects of your daily soap-up. It features the new Fruitigo™ Fragrance, with notes of frozen yuzu, orange oil, green fig and jungle pomelo essence. Rub a handful onto damp skin, massage until it bubbles up, then rinse “ Here's the link.

The packaging on Soap & Glory products is one of their main selling points, for me anyway, I love the dusty pink coloured tubes and bottles and the 1950s styled pictures which are present on the front of the product.
I also really like the happy woman laughing or relaxing in their product photos, it generally makes me feel good! Haha!

As this shower/bath gel is within a bottle which has a dispenser on the top, it is really handy as there is no chance of spillages or wasting product. The amount of product needed to get lots of bubbles is also very little meaning that the bottle will last for ages! I usually use 2 and a ½ pumps which creates ample bubbles, that are enough to wash my full body and a bit more for extra cleaning.

After using in either the bath or the shower my skin felt silky smooth and was really moisturised, but more importantly it smelt wonderfully of citrusy orange aroma that lingered on my skin and throughout the house for hours after using.

This is a product I absolutely love and wont hesitate to purchase again, I love everything about it and the way it leaves my skin feeling and smelling after use.

Product Rave; Revlon Lip Butters In The UK!!

Revlon recently released their new lip product called Colorburst Lip Butter in the UK, and I absolutely love these.  I got mine in Boots for £7.99 on 3 for 2, here's the link.

As you can see my hand was pretty much covered in swatches :P
These are the shades I swatched;
1. Sugar Frosting
2. Pink Truffle
3. Macaroon
4. Crème Brulee
5. Cotton Candy
6. Tutti Frutti
7. Peach Parfait
8. Candy Apple
9. Raspberry Pie
10. Sweet Tart
11. Lollipop
12. Berry Smoothie
13. Cupcake

The one that didnt have a tester was Strawberry Shortcake, but that was okay. I bought three colours (L-R); Candy Apple, Tutti Frutti and Sweet Tart

They are so pretty!

The lip butters are packaged with semi-translucent caps with a quilted pattern, they are full sized and they have an angled top rather than the typical rounded point that's seen on most lip sticks.

Swatches of the colours I bought

The reason I love these butters so much, is simply because they feel, look and wear so nicely. They are softer and more sheer than a lip stick, but not sticky like many glosses, just perfect for me! They're smooth, creamy and well pigmented for the type of product that they are, and they leave my lips feeling ultra moisturized and soft.  I love them!  They wear well, and don’t leave a worn off line around your mouth.

I thoroughly recommend these to anyone, Revlon's wide colour range allows a perfect shade for anyone. You guys should go out and pick these up! They are great!

New Look Maxi Dress!

Yayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayay!

Now that's out the way, I'm so excited! Its my uncles wedding in summer and I found the perfect dress, first I seen it on This Morning or Lorraine Kellys show teamed with a blue blazer from forever 21, and I fell in love! The wedding is going to be really casual, so the dress is perfect!

I was out shopping today and remembered I had New Look store credit, so I popped in to try it on. It looked great so I knew I had to get it! Its called the Black Feather Print Georgette Maxi Dress, and cost £14.99, a bargain in my mind! Here's the link.

New Looks description; "Black Georgette maxi dress with all-over feather print and shirred body for a flattering, figure-hugging fit. Finished with skinny shoestring straps"

The pattern is really colorful which I love, and its so soft and airy.

I added a long gold necklace that I plan to wear with it, now I just need some earrings, shoes and a bag :)

These are the shoes I'm thinking of getting, all of them are from New Look, I just don't know which ones to choose;

Tell me in the comments which pair you like!

Soap and Glory; Haul and Free Gift

In my last haul I said I wanted to get some Soap and Glory skin care stuff, but when I got to Boots I was sooooooooooooooooooooo disappointed. The 3 for 2 offer wasn't on anymore! Instead you could get a free body wash, worth £6.50 if you spent over £10, rubbish! Anyway I still got a few things so here's what I got;

L-R
First I picked up  Soap & Glory Hand Maid 50ml - £2.50 I picked this up because I need to spend £1 extra to get the free thing, the packaging is really cute like all S&G stuff. The gel is pink and smells like grapefruit! Yum. Its so refreshing and fruity!

What it says;
"What’s inside that counts?
- QUICK DRY EASY TO USE - no water required!
- With natural ANTIBACTERIAL grapefruit extract and XBAC-99™ - a proven antimicrobial active that kills 99% of known bacterial
- Non drying to skin - contains moisturising ingredients to help soften the skin
- A special skin conditioning active to give hands a smooth silky finish
- Alcohol- to sanitize and allow quick drying
- Features our popular fresh fruity Pink fragrance which we have given a revitalizing citrus twist to make it even more refreshing"

Next is the one thing I went for; Soap & Glory The Greatest Scrub of All™ Self-Activating Facial Smoother Exfoliator 125ml £9 I haven't tried this yet, but I need a new exfoliator and I had read really good reviews on this.

What it says; "Soap & Glory The Greatest Scrub of All has a strategic blend of super-gentle silicami particles, and salicylic acid loaded scrub beads, the more you scrub, the more Soap & Glory The Greatest Scrub of All™ smoothes. Like DIY microdermabrasion. Suitable for all skin types – if you adjust the frequency according to whether you are sensitive, dry, normal or oily."

Next is the free gift; Soap & Glory™ Foam Call™ Bath and Shower Wash 500ml - normally £6.50 Again I haven't tried this yet, I've literally just picked it up!

What it says "Foam alone? (This most certainly is not!) Soap & Glory™ Foam Call™ Bath and Shower Wash is formulated with M-SUDS moisture system molecules and grapeseed EFAs to reduce the drying effects of your daily soap-up. It features the new Fruitigo™ Fragrance, with notes of frozen yuzu, orange oil, green fig and jungle pomelo essence. Rub a handful onto damp skin, massage until it bubbles up, then rinse."

So that's what I got :)
